TEFview App Reviews
Either Im not Using it correctly or the program jus tplainly doesnt work on OSx 10.8… If I am using it incorrectly then the layour is just HORRIBLE. But its free so if you want to try it you have nothing to lose
Broken
Will not play sound on mountain lion. Does not make me want to spend 59.00 on the full version.
Looks cool but no sound on mountain lion… wont even play
Hope it gets fixed soon…
TEFview is great app. I use it on my iPad to view tef files. Its clean and works fine. I can even play the file so I can hear what the tune is supposed to sound like. I highly recommend it. I am a dulcimer player who has written 10 music books of mountain dulcimer tab. I have used the parent program (TablEdit) to write these books. And I can view all these books on my iPad using TEFview. (TablEdit is also a great app and is available at a very reasonable cost.) In addition, the support staff for the app(s) are very easy to work with and very responsive. If you have never tried this app, I suggest you do.
Good tool
A little difficult to suss the interface at first. Plays Guitar Pro files. Selecting just certain ranges measures to play back is confusing. Can't get it to do what I want right now - but I just installed it an hour ago. Otherwise, great control on speed, metronome, tabs, chord diagrams, etc. Running on an older 2013 MacbookPro, Mojave 10.14.6.
Awesome app!
Stands strong today in 2021! Super simple GP5 player
Printing?
how do you print?? I have the Mac OS Sierra. But overall, the app is great!
Useless on Mac OS Sierra….App needs update
All I wanted to do was open my Power tab files. In the description it says it can. Nope, it just crashes and thats it. Wonder if this App will ever be updated.I'd like to think it would be. Its all most as bad as its parent Program which I'm trying to use called “TablEdit” Im finding Power tab 2.0 looking better and better even with all its quarks.
